The calendar is agreed when you join, so every visit is already in the diary. We text the day before, turn up, and book the next one. You never have to remember to sort the car out again.
No moving the car, no booking it into a unit, no queue at a jet wash. We cover the whole HG postcode area — Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon and the villages around them — and bring our own power. All we need is access to an outside tap.
Every visit on a plan is charged at member rates, which are lower than the one-off prices below. Spread monthly, so there's no bill to find when the car needs doing.
What a single visit costs. On a plan you pay the member rate on every one. No sneaky extras invented on the drive. All prices include VAT. Member prices in green

Pet in the car? Where we are cleaning the inside, the booking form asks and adds £15 for some pet hair or £25 for a lot, with extra time in the slot. You see the full price before you confirm.

The things people ask us most. Anything else, just get in touch.
Rain? We'll still be there.
We work in light rain and showers. Your car gets rinsed either way, and the finish is the same. If your booking includes a wax or protective sealant and the weather won't let it cure properly, we'll do everything else and come back to apply it free of charge at our next available slot.
Interior cleans go ahead in almost any weather. Rain barely touches them.
We'll only postpone if it's genuinely unsafe or pointless. That means heavy persistent rain, strong winds, snow or ice, a Met Office amber or red warning, or temperatures near freezing. Cold enough that water turns to ice on your car and your driveway, and nobody wants a skating rink outside their front door.
How the call gets made. We check the forecast the night before and make the final decision by 7:30am on the day. If we need to move you, we'll ring or text you first thing, offer you the next slot that suits, and you'll go to the front of the queue. You won't be charged a penny.
If you'd rather rebook. Fair enough, some people would just rather wait for a dry day. Let us know at least 24 hours before your slot and we'll move you for free, no questions asked. If we've arrived and we're happy to work, our standard cancellation terms apply, as we've turned down other jobs to be there.
A quick winter favour. We bring our own power, but we do need to use your outside tap. In cold weather, please check it isn't frozen or switched off at the isolator valve before we arrive. No water means we can't wash the car, and we'd hate to turn up and have to reschedule you.
One honest note. A clean car in Harrogate in November will pick up road spray within a day or two. That's the weather, not the wash. We won't re-do a car because it rained afterwards. But if you think something's genuinely been missed, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and put it right at our next available free slot.
Somewhere dry? If you've got a garage, carport or covered drive, mention it when you book. It means weather will almost never affect your appointment.
Access to an outside tap. We bring our own power and all our own kit, but not the water. If you haven't got a working outside tap, we can't wash the car, so please check before you book. In winter, make sure it isn't frozen or switched off at the isolator valve.
Somewhere safe to work. We need room to get around the car. We can't work on a busy road, on a steep slope, or anywhere we'd be blocking traffic.
Keys, if the inside is being done. And please take your valuables out before we arrive.
A heads up about anything unusual. Existing damage, loose trim, a dodgy aerial, wrapping or aftermarket paintwork. Use the notes box when you book and we'll work around it.
We cover the whole HG postcode area — HG1, HG2 and HG3 across Harrogate and the surrounding villages, HG4 around Ripon, and HG5 around Knaresborough. Our booking form checks your postcode automatically, so you'll know straight away.

Cash or BACS transfer on the day. Nothing is taken when you request your slot.
The price you see when you book is the price you pay. The only thing that changes it is a late booking fee, and you'll be told about that on screen before you confirm.

If your slot is less than 24 hours away when you request it, a late booking fee of 25% applies. The booking form works it out and shows you the exact figure before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
