A bundle if the car needs different things through the year; a repeat plan if it needs the same thing on a rhythm. Either runs for twelve months from your first visit, and every visit is charged at member rates.
Membership prices in full
Prices depend on the size of your car. Small is a Fiesta, Polo or Corsa. Medium is a Golf, Focus or 3 Series estate. Large or SUV covers an A6, X5, Discovery or Zafira. Van covers a Transit, Sprinter or Hilux. Every visit on a membership is charged at member rates.
Bundles
A fixed mix of washes and valets spread across the year. Pay monthly by Direct Debit, or for the year by bank transfer at a reduced rate.

Memberships run for twelve months from your first visit. All prices include VAT. Prices are held for those twelve months, then we give you 30 days' notice of any change.
How the year works
Your first visit comes first. Filling in the form is a request, not a membership, and nothing is charged. We ring you to agree your plan, your price, your calendar and the date of your first visit, and confirm all of it in writing along with the normal one-off price of that first visit. Your membership only starts once that first clean is done and you have set up payment, so you see the results before you commit. If you decide on the day not to go ahead, you simply pay the normal one-off price for that visit and nothing else is owed.
More than one car? A membership can cover several cars at the same address under one agreement. Each car gets its own plan and calendar. The first car is charged at our member rates and every car after that gets a further 25% off them.
Your chosen package is fixed at sign-up and the calendar is agreed when you join, so you know exactly what's coming across the year. Sessions run for the twelve months from your first visit, use them or lose them and we'll nudge you if you fall behind. Tell us 24 hours ahead and we'll move a visit. If we turn up and can't get to the car, or there's no water, that one counts as used.
You can pay monthly or annually, whatever works for you! Paying monthly? A minimum term of three months applies, then 30 days' notice to cancel with no cancellation fee. Paying annually? There's no minimum term, but we need 30 days' notice if you cancel and a cancellation fee of twice your highest-value appointment applies. Changed your mind in the first 14 days? We'll cancel it and you only pay for any visit you've already had, charged at our standard one-off price.
If we're the ones who can't make it (due to bad weather, a frozen tap or vehicle issues) it never counts as a used session and it never costs you a penny. See our rainy day policy for more information.
